Every request is personally reviewed by our team, and finding the right vehicle takes real time and research. Because of this, we ask that you only complete this form if you are genuinely prepared to purchase when the right vehicle becomes available.

Purchase Readiness & $15,000 Budget Minimum
Minimum Budget: At this time, we are only accepting vehicle sourcing requests with a minimum vehicle purchase budget of $15,000 before taxes and fees.
Available Funds Required: Before submitting a request, you must already have the funds available to complete the purchase or be pre-approved for financing. Because desirable vehicles become unavailable quickly, we cannot begin an active search while waiting on:
- Receiving an insurance settlement check
- Selling another vehicle or property first
- Waiting for funds transfer or pending financing approvals
Once your funds are ready or financing is approved, we are excited to work with you!

Narrow Path Automotive specializes in Toyota vehicles, trucks, and SUVs. These are the vehicles we know best and where we provide the maximum value.
While we consider requests for other makes and models, we reserve the right to decline any search if we do not believe we have enough specific experience to properly evaluate its condition, reliability, market value, and potential risks.
Local & In-Person Inspection Policy
Our sourcing service is limited to local customers or customers who have someone available to inspect/view the vehicle on their behalf before purchase.
We strongly prefer that our customers (or someone they trust) have the opportunity to see the vehicle in person. Because every used vehicle is unique, we do not ship sourced vehicles to customers who have never seen them in person.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees & Trade-In Rules
Clear Pricing & Fees Breakdown:
All vehicle pricing is agreed upon prior to purchase. No surprises.
Alabama Residents: Agreed sales price + 2.75% vehicle sales tax + $16.50 title fee + $299 documentation fee.
Out-of-State Residents: Agreed sales price + $299 documentation fee (customer handles state tax/registration in home state).
Trade-In Guidelines:
Trade-ins must be owned free & clear with no outstanding liens or loans.
The trade-in value must be less than the purchase price of the sourced vehicle.
We reserve the right to decline trade-ins based on make, condition, age, or marketability.
Communication & Service Expectations
Stay In Touch: Sourcing can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. If you haven't received an update within a week, please feel free to check in!
Three-Contact Policy: If we attempt to reach you 3 times regarding a vehicle option without receiving a response, we may archive your request to focus on active clients.
Deposits: A deposit may be required before Narrow Path Automotive commits funds to secure a specific vehicle on your behalf. Details are clearly communicated beforehand.
